We will train an ambitious candidate, or bring your experience and start right in. Our primary focus is installing steel roofing on residential roofs. We also do various types of siding. We are looking for someone who wants to work outside, works well on a small team, likes to learn and takes instruction well, and cares about doing quality work. Our quality and reputation are critical to our growth. You must be comfortable on ladders, roofs, and high places. We maintain smoke-free jobsites. You must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license. Most of our work is within an hour of Cambridge MN so living centrally located in this area is important.
